The Atlanta Braves have four 2026 Rawlings Gold Glove finalists, including ace Chris Sale, following Wednesday's announcement from MLB.

Rawlings named Sale a finalist at pitcher, Matt Olson at first base, Michael Harris II in center field and Mauricio Dubon at utility. All four earned recognition for their defensive performances throughout the regular season. Sale, Olson, and Dubon aim to add to their previous Gold Glove wins, while Harris seeks his first career award.

Atlanta joins the Arizona Diamondbacks, Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals with four finalists apiece, placing all four clubs in a tie for the third-most across MLB. Meanwhile, the Chicago Cubs and Toronto Blue Jays lead the majors with five each.

The Braves celebrated their four Gold Glove finalists on their official X account, formerly Twitter, posting a congratulatory graphic highlighting each player and his respective position.

Sale, a 2024 winner, finished 2026 without committing an error and recorded three defensive runs saved. His fellow pitcher finalists are Michael McGreevy of the St. Louis Cardinals and Nolan McLean of the New York Mets.

Olson seeks his fourth Gold Glove after leading MLB first basemen with +12 fielding run value. He faces Ty France of the San Diego Padres and TJ Rumfield of the Colorado Rockies.

Harris recorded career highs of +14 outs above average and +12 fielding run value. The Braves center fielder faces competition from Chicago Cubs star and NL MVP favorite Pete Crow-Armstrong and Andy Pages of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Manager and coach ballots account for 75 percent of standard-position voting, with the SABR Defensive Index contributing 25 percent. Utility awards use a separate formula.

The winners will be announced November 1 on ESPN's Baseball Tonight, with all four Braves awaiting the results.
