49ers wide receiver Mike Evans does not have an injury designation for Sunday’s game against the Seahawks.
Evans’ injured ribs didn’t keep him out in Week 4, and they won’t keep him out this week.
He had limited participation in Friday’s practice after sitting out Thursday. He was limited on Wednesday.
The 49ers ruled out defensive end Nick Bosa (knee/calf), fullback Kyle Juszczyk (knee), safety Marques Sigle (ankle) and defensive tackle James Thompson (ankle).
Cornerback Upton Stout (shoulder) and defensive end Mykel Williams (knee) are questionable.
Williams could make his 2026 debut after working his way back from the ACL tear that ended his 2025 season. He is expected to be activated from reserve/PUP before Sunday’s game.
