With the San Francisco 49ers taking on the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday afternoon, the team has been dealing with key injuries ahead of the contest, such as to wide receiver Mike Evans. As 49ers fans have been waiting for any injury updates, general manager John Lynch would give a key one regarding not just Evans, but also wide receiver Deebo Samuel.
According to Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports, Lynch would say that “it's likely” that Evans and Samuel are not going to be active for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
“GM John Lynch on KNBR: It's likely Mike Evans and Deebo Samuel will not be available Sunday against the Raiders,” Maiocco wrote on X, formerly Twitter. “But the 49ers are getting back Demarcus Robinson and KhaDarel Hodge — two players who were among the six active wide receivers for Week 1.”
More information to come.
