It's said that the 33-year-old needed to be carted off to the locker room from the sideline, according to Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area. For now, it's not entirely clear what the injury is, as the 49ers will evaluate the injury before announcing a diagnosis.
“WR Mike Evans is getting a ride on the chart back to the 49ers' locker-room area for further evaluations,” Maiocco reported.
