Romello Height suffered a hand injury and was sidelined for a bit, but later returned to the game. Head coach Kyle Shanahan shared an update on Height's status a day after the game.

“Romello Height broke his hand and will need surgery, Kyle Shanahan said. There's still a possibility he will play on Sunday,” Matt Barrows of The Athletic wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
