The San Francisco 49ers are up 14-9 over the Atlanta Falcons early in the Week 7 matchup on Sunday. However, all eyes are on Christian McCaffrey, as the star running back suffered an apparent injury during the contest.

“49ers RB Christian McCaffrey (thigh) is questionable to return, per TV report,” Wagoner said on X.
