Trash talk between the NFL and combat sports world is continuing to heat up after WWE star and social media star Logan Paul issued a bold challenge.

Speaking on his Impaulsive podcast, Paul said he would be willing to take on any NFL player in a boxing bout, and even offered $1 million to any man will to step inside the ring with him.

“Not a single football player could beat me in a boxing match,” Paul said.

“I would throttle Myles Garrett, Puka Nacua, Tom Brady, Sam Darnold, doesn’t matter.

“A million dollars. You come to the gym, we put on boxing gloves, we’ll see how it goes. Not a single one. There’s levels to this s***.”

It’s a challenge that Dawkins, who is 6ft 5in and 320-pounds, is willing to accept, replying to the post with “Sure sure why not poke the bear @LoganPaul.”

Dawkins proceeded to release some boxing footage on X, including a couple of videos of him throwing some jabs to pads, and one that appears to have been altered with AI of him knocking Paul out.

Paul has recently been involved in a dispute with seven-time Super Bowl champion Brady.

The NFL icon and legendary quarterback made an appearance on Paul’s podcast in February, and appeared skeptical of how the wrestler would stack up against some of the NFL’s best in the upcoming Fanatics Flag Football game.

The dispute then spilled over onto social media.

“I hope people understand the level of competition this game is going to be. If you’re on my team you’re going to be locked in, all out, and we’re going to not just win… but dominate,” Brady posted.

“I do think @loganpaul has the right attitude and the effort will be there. How far that gets him will remain to be seen.”

Just 10 minutes later, Brady sent out a second post which read: “I was having a great morning and now I’m mad.”

Paul would go on to post a video of himself in the gym receiving a football, even replicating Saquon Barkley’s infamous backwards hurdle jump, before putting his hands up in the air to gesture the move was easy.

It is still not known whether it was a PR stunt to attract more fans to the Flag Football event, which could be relocated amid rising tensions in the Middle East.

Dawkins is not the only NFL player to accept Paul’s challenge

Paul’s challenge drew plenty of attention, and one retired NFL star also fancies a shot in the ring.

Former Pittsburgh Steelers star Le’Von Bell, who is also a professional boxer, challenged Paul to a fight in Pittsburgh during the 2026 NFL Draft weekend.

Paul responded to his challenge, noting that because Bell, who has a professional boxing record of 2-0 with one KO victory, can actually fight, he would need some time to train.

“A.) you’re not in the NFL. B) you can actually fight so I’d have to train properly, meaning I’d have to step away from WWE (which I won’t do, especially for you). Paul replied.

C.) There’s no money here because you are not a draw. Prove me otherwise Ofc YOU want the opportunity, I’m a goldmine for retirees like you.”

Bell went on to accuse Paul of ducking the fight, claiming he is only looking to fight someone with no prior experience in the ring.

“This MF A (duck emojis), bro said you can actually fight, so he’s telling everyone he wants to fight someone who he feels can’t fight, that’s what we call DUCKING.” Bell said.
