Tuesday horse racing tips

  12.35: Nazare 2/1 (2pts)
  1.35: Ned Tanner 9/2 each-way (1pt)

Nazare

Two promising wins under Sean Bowen and Sam Twiston-Davies in November and now has Alex Chadwick up, who helped steer this gelding to victory in a bumper at Huntingdon in January.

Switched to hurdles this season and has quickly got the hang of things.

Jumping has improved with each run too as he was jumping left on hurdle debut and making plenty of mistakes when winning at Market Rasen.

That should be less of the case here as his win at Southwell last time out was much better which should be the case again here.

Ned Tanner

There’s not much to shout about between a few of these chasers, with inconsistency being the main issue.

Ned Tanner might be the one to go for purely for his consistency last season with the hope that the wind op earlier this month will have sorted his surprisingly poorer runs out this season.

He’s won over course and distance and loves this trip with two wins over it last season alone along with a few placed efforts, makes the most sense of a tough field.

Lady Tadita

Trainer Jamie Snowden is in great form with a 21% strike-rate while jockey Gavin Sheehan has a 23% strike-rate in the last two weeks.

This four-year-old filly looks promising after two successive victories on her first hurdle starts, justifying the promise she showed when winning her bumper at Huntingdon in November 2024.
