Tom Brady fires shots at ‘delicate’ NFL quarterback during rowdy event after unretirement claim

Tom Brady can’t shake the joy of putting palm on pigskin.

The NFL great has plenty on his hands with a lucrative career in the FOX Sports booth and an executive role with the dysfunctional Las Vegas Raiders.

But the seven-time Super Bowl champion, who retired for a second time in 2023, still won’t rule out a third act.

Brady was asked if he was temped to go for gold in flag football when Los Angeles hosts the Olympics in 2028.

“I would never say never,” he said Tuesday on Good Morning America.

Brady did admit that it was ‘unlikely’ that he would be competing again on the verge of turning 50 in two summers.

He is open to helping Team USA as an advisor.

“I’ll let the young Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen get out there and try to win a gold medal for the U.S.,” he added.

Brady’s fans will get to see him in action soon at the Fanatics Flag Football Classic on March 21.

The event was relocated from Saudi Arabia to L.A. amid the war in Iran and the GOAT will co-captain Founders FFC alongside Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts.

Washington Commanders‘ passer Jayden Daniels and Cincinnati Bengals superstar Joe Burrow lead Wildcats FFC together.

USA flag football players including Aamir Brown and Darrell “Housh” Doucette, who insists NFL stars shouldn’t be shoehorned into the Olympic roster, form a third team looking to defend their honor.

“I love my Fox job, I love doing my broadcasting — a big commitment to that,” Brady said. “I love the NFL, I love the Raiders, I love working on that and different projects I have. So I have a lot going on.”

Fanatics Flag Football Classic rosters confirmed

The 48-year-old reignited his feud with Logan Paul in a boxing-style staredown and took some shots at Daniels at the flag football draft.

Brady selected fellow New England Patriots icon Rob Gronkowski and Raiders running back Ashton Jeanty.

“All the Commanders fans are going to be happy to see Jayden on the field for the first time in seven, eight months,’ Brady said. “He’s delicate, slight build. Don’t worry, they don’t hit you. Just telling the truth.”

“Nah man, he’s 50,” Daniels joked when host Kevin Hart asked for a response.

“I am just happy his mom let him play,” fired back Brady in a nod to the dual-threat star’s mom taking an active role in his career.
