talkSPORT betting tips – Best Six Nations bets and expert advice for Week 5
A championship for the ages and one that will live long in the memory, the 2026 Six Nations will climax on Super Saturday with games to look forward to in Dublin, Cardiff and Paris.
France, Scotland and Ireland are still in with a shot at the title going into the final round, while the Triple Crown will also be up for grabs at the Aviva Stadium.
It’s Ireland and Scotland who kick things off at the Aviva, before Wales and Italy clash at the Principality Stadium.
With a clash between France and England concluding this Six Nations season, Super Saturday should offer drama and intrigue by the bucketload.

Scots to push hosts in Dublin
Ireland were made to work for their 27-17 victory against Wales at the Aviva Stadium in the last round and Andy Farrell’s side will know they will need a better performance to beat Scotland this weekend.
The Scots come flying into this game on the back of a performance that will go down in Scottish history, following a 50-40 victory at Murrayfield to deny France a shot at the Grand Slam this weekend.
Ireland have certainly been a bogey team for Scotland head coach Gregor Townsend, who has not led his country to victory over the men in green before.
With so much on the line, this game could be decided by fine margins and this attacking Scotland side with a +5 handicap looks to be the way to go.
Wales can end on a high
It’s been a Six Nations of firsts and Italy’s first victory over England last weekend in Rome will go down in history.
It took a monumental effort from the Azzurri to hang in when trailing in the second half and their bravery and work rate paid off in the end to secure that 23-18 victory at the Stadio Olimpico.
The next challenge will be going again on Saturday, with Italy making the trip to Cardiff looking for a third win of the championship.
Wales can take plenty from their last two performances, after pushing both Scotland and Ireland all the way.
Looking to spur their boys on to victory at the Principality Stadium, expect this Welsh crowd to be up for this intriguing clash in Cardiff.
It’s going to be a huge ask for Italy to back up their win over England and a settled Welsh line-up are good value to edge this one.
French wobble could continue
France’s dreams of a Grand Slam were left in tatters up in Edinburgh, but Les Bleus will have to dust themselves down quickly ahead of the arrival of England to Saint-Denis.
The Red Rose really have nothing to lose ahead of this trip across the Channel and perhaps that underdog tag can give them the freedom to go out and play on Saturday.
Scotland showed the way to get at France is to play them at their own expansive game and England do have the threats in the backline to punch through this defence.
While a win in Paris might be a bridge too far, England can make the French wobble in Saint-Denis and the visitors with the generous +17 handicap gets the nod here.
