Super Bowl 2026: Rob Riggle is ready for the big game, even without the Chiefs

Super Bowl LX is here, the lead-up to it at least, and it goes without saying that everyone in the world is pretty pumped about it. Maybe not those who root against the New England Patriots, though.

For so long fans have said that the Kansas City Chiefs dynasty needed to come to an end and they got their wish… only for the Patriots to be the AFC team who returned to form instead. Sometimes you can’t win for losing.

One of the most famous Chiefs fans in the world is excited, as excited as you can be at least, about the prospect of not having to be stressed on Super Bowl Sunday this year… as a Dallas Cowboys fan I am well-versed in that practice so I respect the coping.

We are of course talking about the legendary Rob Riggle, who is a very proud Chiefs fan indeed, and instead of watching Patrick Mahomes this year he will be the host with the most for his Super Bowl party and Avocados From Mexico have helped ensure that he is ready for the occasion.

One of the things that I was particularly stunned by relative to Riggle’s Chiefs fandom is how deep it truly runs. In the people I have interviewed in the past, all due respect to them, most celebrities just casually root for their teams. Not Rob.

I asked Rob about this… he has a retweet back in the day of a Chiefs fan account making fun of NFL Draft grades. This dude is so deep in his fandom that he is as perennially online as the rest of us in the name of being petty against those who doubt against his squad.

My hero.

Riggle and I talked all about avocados, the best lines he has delivered over the years, and his rabid obsession with the Chiefs in a recent conversation. You can watch it below.

Rob has taken on the role of the “Guac Guru” and is trying to help people win prizes in the name of football, avocados, and guacamole. He rocks.

Avocados From Mexico®, the number one selling avocado brand in the U.S. is celebrating game day with its Guacamoney Sweepstakes, letting one lucky fan taste sweet (and savory) victory. If certain predictions are accurate, one lucky fan will score $60,000 in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Big Game — plus free avocados for an entire year. Now that’s a lot of green (we’re talking guac).

It’s time to get your head in the game — if you want to win, watch along to make sure these three predictions about health, taste and fun come true:

HEALTH: A team will score exactly 20 points — to mark the more than 20 vitamins and minerals found in avocados. Twenty is also the secret hero of the scoreboard, appearing in 20% of the top 10 most common professional football scores.

FLAVOR: A player will perform an eating gesture to celebrate a big play during the game. Because like a game-changing play, good guac is worthy of celebration.

FUN: The announcers will say the magical word: “guacamole,” in honor of the one snack that brings the “party” to any watch party.

If you want to enter you can head to AFMGuacamoney.com from January 29th to February 8th at 9am ET for a chance to win the $60k.
