Lottie Woad, Rose Zhang officially commit to WTGL

The WTGL roster is continuing to grow.

Tuesday morning brought with it news that Lottie Woad and Rose Zhang will each be a part of WTGL’s inaugural season when it gets going in (basically) a year’s time. It was just last week when TMRW Sports announced the initial wave of commits in Lexi Thompson, Lydia Ko, Charley Hull, Brooke Henderson, and Jeeno Thitikul, but obviously they were always going to need more players. They have time to build out the whole group.

Woad and Zhang are two of the brightest and youngest stars on the LPGA Tour so it makes sense to get them involved with WTGL. They will each also be in the field this week for the LPGA season opener, the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions, alongside each of the four previous commits sans Thompson.

Notably absent from the WTGL roster at the moment is Nelly Korda. It would be purely speculating to say that she will likely be added at some point in the future, but it is admittedly hard to see the field not including here.

We will see.
