Lamar Jackson left game with painful back injury that has Ravens fans worried
It’s been a trying season for the Baltimore Ravens, and it has only gotten worse.
In a pivotal Sunday Night Football matchup against Drake Maye and the New England Patriots, Lamar Jackson left the game in the second quarter after taking a hit that appeared to target his ribs and back.
After Jackson exited, Tyler “Snoop” Huntley took over under center.
Jackson has not returned and is listed as questionable. The Ravens and Patriots are tied 10-10 at halftime.
In a game the 7-7 Ravens need to win, losing their two-time league MVP for the second half would be a huge blow.
A sweep of their last three games against the Patriots, Packers, and Steelers would give the Ravens the AFC North crown.
