Ben Stiller Credits Wu-Tang for Turning the Tide

After the game, several celebrities jokingly claimed responsibility for the turnaround. A$AP Rocky called himself the Knicks’ “good luck charm,” while Fat Joe suggested his courtside antics may have helped Victor Wembanyama miss two key free throws late in the contest.

Longtime Knicks fan Ben Stiller had another theory.

The actor shared a clip of Wu-Tang Clan’s halftime performance on social media and simply wrote: “The start of the comeback.”

Given Stiller’s decades-long connection to the franchise, the comment quickly resonated with fans looking for an explanation behind the dramatic shift.

Whether it was the music, the energy inside Madison Square Garden or simply a coincidence, Wu-Tang Clan’s performance is now tied to one of the greatest wins in Knicks history.

New York will look to carry that momentum into Game 5 on Saturday. Meanwhile, Wu-Tang Clan returns to its Final Chamber Tour in August before its Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction later this year.
