Jarrell Miller’s hair punched off in stunning mid-fight malfunction as he tosses it into crowd with fans in disbelief

Jarrell Miller recorded an unwanted boxing first as his hair was punched off by rival Kingsley Ibeh in a wild viral moment.

Miller was returning to the ring on the undercard of Teofimo Lopez and Shakur Stevenson’s huge 140lbs world title clash at a sold-out Madison Square Garden.

It was the American’s first fight since controversially drawing with Andy Ruiz Jr in August 2024, and he was favourite to get the job done against fellow countryman Ibeh.

But it wasn’t quite the action in the ring that caught the eye in a simply stunning moment that immediately went viral.

Miller is known for his brash personality and crazy antics, but nothing could prepare fans for what happened in the ring in New York.

During the second round, Ibeh upped the ante and landed some power punches to the head of ‘Big Baby’.

But incredibly as they landed, it pulled off the hair of Miller which appeared to be a toupee.

It flapped around for a moment as further punches landed, with the crowd gasping in astonishment.

The DAZN commentator Chris Mannix simply couldn’t believe it, remarking: “I’ve never seen anything like it in boxing.”

Miller laughed off the incredible mid-fight moment, with even Ibeh looking taken aback.

As the round ended, it hung from his head and showed baldness underneath.

He played up to the crowd, and sensationally tossed his toupee into the crowd which drew a huge cheer.

It was a hairy moment, or hairless as the case may be, for Miller, in what was a crazy distraction from the ultimately lacklustre action in the ring.

The moment, that happened while the pair were trading blows, instantly went viral on social media.

Fans simply couldn’t believe what they were watching, with one writing: “His hair has literally just come off, what have I just seen?”

A fan added: “His hair got hit off by Ibeh during the fight, that’s genuinely incredible.”
