Eddie Hall predicts exact round he’ll knock out Tommy Fury after ‘300 rounds of sparring’ for Misfits clash
Eddie Hall has vowed to finish Tommy Fury with an overhand right in the third round this weekend.
The former World’s Strongest Man comes to blows with TNT in Manchester on Saturday under the Misfits Boxing banner, aptly billed as ‘Beauty vs The Beast.’

With no weight limit restrictions in Hall’s contract, ‘The Beast’ is expected to come in at more than 100lbs heavier than his fellow British opponent.
In fact, his predicted weight for Friday is 326lbs, with Fury expected to hit the scales around 215lbs, making it a 111lbs difference.
Both men took centre stage in Manchester on Thursday for a final press conference ahead of their unique encounter.
Hall and Fury make predictions
Asked how he expects to get the job done on Saturday night, Hall responded: “Overhand right. Third round. Knockout.”
Fury said: “I’ve envisioned it. I’ve visualised it, and this fight goes whenever I connect.
“Whether it’s the first round or the last round, because when I connect, I’ll seize the opportunity and I’ll follow it up.”
Fury added that his half-brother and former world heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury, has played a big role in his camp for fighting Hall.
He compared the clash to Tyson’s famous trilogy with Deontay Wilder, saying his opponent just needs ‘that one punch’ to leave him flat on his back.
“I’m as fit as anything. I’m looking to put on a clinic and show what I’ve got,” Fury remarked.
Having now had surgery on a repeatedly injured hand, Fury, who looked physically imposing when facing off with Hall, expressed confidence in going in and showing what he’s made of.

He believes boxing fans have yet to see the best of him.
Fury ‘fully prepared’ for all scenarios
“I’ve been one-handed for 90 per cent of my career, and on Saturday night, things change,” Fury added.
“I’ve left no stone unturned. I turn up to every fight in phenomenal shape, and I’m fully prepared for everything on Saturday night.”
Fury’s dad, John Fury, thanked Hall for accepting the fight with his son, but warned ‘The Beast’ he faces an ‘impossible task.’
Hall has previously explained that the fight with Fury came together after he rubbed John ‘up the wrong way,’ threatening to fight him on the streets during a much more tense press conference in April.
John, who was unusually calm during Thursday’s meeting, did admit that his son is in for the ‘most dangerous fight of his career.’

“Tommy has to be good for six rounds. [Hall] has to be good for one second,” he said.
Hall, meanwhile, said he has the utmost respect for the Fury family name and he, too, recognised the uphill battle he faces in just his second-ever boxing bout.
Coach Jake Oakes highlighted Hall’s ‘professionalism’ and said his fighter ‘hits like a van.’
Gee Oakes offered an insight into Hall’s preparations, revealing he has completed ‘300 rounds of sparring,’ adding that his dance partners have been well above the level of Fury.
Hall has sparred with the likes of British heavyweight Johnny Fisher and George Groves’ unbeaten prospect Lucas Roehrig in the build-up to Manchester’s Misfits Boxing clash.
The 2017 World’s Strongest Man plans to continue fighting for the next two years until he turns 40.
