Dodgers’ Dave Roberts gives 2-word update on Shohei Ohtani injury concern

The reigning National League Most Valuable Player was not able to finish the contest at PNC Park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, due to left knee inflammation.
However, Los Angeles manager Dave Roberts revealed after the game that the team’s level of concern about Ohtani’s injury is “not high,” according to Jack Harris of the California Post. Roberts also reportedly indicated that the two-way superstar can be available for the series-opener against the Chicago White Sox on Friday at Guaranteed Rate Field in Chicago, Illinois.
