Carmelo Anthony reveals what’s on the line for Jalen Duren vs. Magic

Currently, Duren is a highly touted candidate for the 2028 Olympic team in Los Angeles. A team that Steph Curry and Kevin Durant would headline. In 2024, Duren, along with Pistons teammate Cade Cunningham, made an indelible impression as part of the Team USA select team that scrimmaged against the veteran team.

Overall, Duren is a big man of two-way versatility who has shown continued growth. In the process, he’s emerged as one of the most effective rebounders in the league. Usually, most players on Team USA join right when they are at the peak of their careers.

Plus, the two other big men on Team USA in 2028 are projected to be Bam Adebayo and Chet Holmgren.

Meanwhile, Duren is trying to lead the Pistons into contention for their first NBA championship since 2004.
