Twin brothers Ausar and Amen Thompson have been closely linked since being drafted by the Rockets and Pistons in the first round of the 2023 NBA Draft. Each signed new contracts recently that have caused comparisons to break out between to talented, athletic forwards.

ESPN host Malika Andrews wanted to get to the bottom of the brothers' unique talents, so she grilled them with a series of questions on who is best in a variety of categories.

Amen Thompson said, “I gotta give it to him right now,” when asked who is the better defender. Both twins agreed that Amen is the better dunker. Things got more interesting when Andrews asked who is more likely to hit the game-winning shot.

“I think he has zero game winners, so I would say me,” Amen Thompson replied.

Ausar Thompson gave his brother props for having better style off the court, but chose himself for on-court style.

“I don't know what it is, I just got it,” Ausar Thompson said.

Amen Thompson next gave Ausar Thompson the edge in “all-time” one-on-one battles, while Ausar Thompson was also unanimously chosen as best NBA 2K player.

Amen Thompson signed a five-year, $208 million deal that was followed by Ausar Thompson's deal for the same length, valued at $155 million. The highly competitive brothers will have more chances to prove themselves worthy of their big long-term deals later this fall with the NBA regular season set to begin in October.
