Amid long-term injuries plaguing NBA stars across the league in the first week of the regular season, ESPN's Stephen A Smith wants to know how Philadelphia 76ers' LeBron James has remained healthy throughout recent years. James has even taken on a center role for the 76ers this season, as Philadelphia is dealing with injuries in its frontcourt.

Forwards Jabari Walker and Dominick Barlow have missed games, as well as Joel Embiid under load management for what the 76ers hope to be a deep postseason run. Still, James has remained healthy, which became the center of attention during a segement of Smith's The Stephen A Smith Show.

“How is it that LeBron James is 42 years of age in his 24th year, and he's healthier than most? Because whatever it is that he's doing to his body, damn it, could you tell us? So we can do it, too,” Smith said. “That's what I would be if I was an NBA player. I'd like, yo, what you doing? What's your ingredient? I'd follow him, for crying out loud. I'd spy on him. I wanna figure out what the hell he's doing. I wanna know his diet. Supplement protocol. Conditioning protocol. When he wakes up, when he goes to sleep. I wanna know.”
