Stefon Diggs is fighting back against claims in connection with his stolen Ferrari.

Nigel King claims the Washington Commanders wide receiver allegedly coordinated men to assault him in December 2025 following an incident involving the luxury vehicle, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. King is currently suing the NFL star for defamation, while Diggs counters the notion, stating that any statement he made about the concierge was not defamatory.

King claims that the Ferrari was stolen by unidentified individuals but says Diggs is blaming him for the incident. Diggs hired King to arrange for his Ferrari to be sent from Miami to New York in July 2024. King is a concierge and works for a host of clients in similar economic positions as the NFL star.

Diggs is also asking for multiple charges to be tossed, as well as King to foot his legal fees.

This update follows a former friend of Stefon's, Christopher Griffith, who previously filed a lawsuit against his brother, Darez Diggs, as well as other individuals allegedly involved an assault at his apartment complex. The celebrity stylist accused the Stefon of drugging and sexually assaulting him during a 2023 incident at the former New England Patriot star's home. Griffith then claims that Darez and a group of men attacked him and that he had over $100K in property stolen from his Los Angeles apartment. However, the charges surrounding Griffith's lawsuit with Darez and the apartment complex have since been dropped.

Stefon has denied the allegations claiming that Griffith is using the alleged incident “for clout and attention.”

Griffith's attorney, Jake Lebowitz, said last year, “Mr. Griffith is looking forward to showing the world in Court that regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs' high-priced New York Lawyers, he is the victim of Mr. Diggs' unwanted sexual advances and his brother's violent attacks.”

Stefon, who joined the Commanders in August after being released from the Patriots March, has not made any new mention of Griffith's ongoing case about him.
