Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry keeps writing himself into the record books. Last week, he joined greats Marshall Faulk and Marcus Allen in an exclusive rushing touchdown club. In doing so, he tied Faulk for seventh on the list of most touchdowns in NFL history.

This week, it's LaDainian Tomlinson's turn to be overtaken by Henry. As Jeff Zrebiec pointed out on X, formerly Twitter, the Ravens running back leapfrogged his childhood idol to take seventh spot on the all-time rushing yards list.

At age 32, Henry remains highly productive for the Ravens. Heading into Thursday night, he had already racked up 632 yards with eight touchdowns in eight games. However, he is currently averaging just 4.0 yards per carry, which is a career-low.

After two highly disappointing games in the losses to the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals, he did bounce back against the Bills. He finished with 53 yards on 11 carries with a touchdown, his first since Week 4 against the Tennessee Titans.

Henry has previously shared his admiration for Tomlinson growing up, so the fact that he has now surpassed his idol will likely mean a lot to him. With LT overtaken, Curtis Martin is next up for Henry to surpass. After that, he will need to overtake Adrian Peterson to break into the top five all-time.

However, it remains to be seen whether Henry will achieve those milestones as a member of the Ravens, as he has sprung up in trade rumors amid their poor season. But wherever he might end up, he stands a decent chance of climbing even higher up the all-time list.
