The Toronto Raptors didn't make that many moves during the offseason, but the one move they did make could lead them to being one of the better teams in the Eastern Conference. That move was trading for Kawhi Leonard, and adding him to a team that is ready to compete could be scary.
The Raptors may not be done making moves this season, and there's a chance some players could be on the move by the trade deadline in order to improve the roster. Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints recently put three players on the map that possibly may be on the trade block.
“I think that the Raptors are one piece away, and you're going to see one of those guys, whether it's [Immanuel] Quickley, RJ [Barrett], or [Jakob] Poeltl. One of them is going to be on the move midseason,” Siegel said at the 21:45 mark on Clutch Scoops.

All three of those players have been in trade rumors at least once during their time with the Raptors, so it wouldn't be a surprise if they found themselves right back in that situation. The only thing with trades is that someone has to become available for the Raptors, but by midseason, there could be a few players around the league who are in trade rumors.
For the Raptors, it may depend on how well the team is doing midway through the season to determine if they'll make a trade. If they're better than they thought they'd be, staying pat is a good option. On the other hand, if they seem to be struggling, the Raptors may decide to pick up the phone.
