With the Los Angeles Rams taking on the New York Giants in Week 2, the team is looking to bounce back after losing the opener in Australia on Thursday, Sept. 10 in Australia to the San Francisco 49ers, 27-7. As a Rams injured reserve (IR) stint had been coming for Garrett, as he's currently dealing with a knee injury, Thursday marked the official day that the team made the move.

According to NFL insider Adam Schefter of ESPN, Los Angeles has put Garrett on the IR, meaning that he will miss at least the next four games.

“Rams officially placed OLB Myles Garrett on injured reserve today. He is out at least four games,” Schefter wrote on X, formerly Twitter.

More information to come.
