The Los Angeles Rams had the best offseason in the NFL. The team traded for Myles Garrett and convinced Aaron Donald to come out of retirement. Both players are former Defensive Player of the Year award winners. The LA defense also added Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson. The addition of this defensive talent, paired with an offense that features Matthew Stafford, Puka Nacua, and Davante Adams, resulted in the team becoming clear-cut Super Bowl favorites.
However, things didn't go as planned to begin the year. The Rams suffered numerous injuries and started the year off 1-2. They even got off to a slow start against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 4. Los Angeles was down by 10 points with four minutes to play, but they came back and completed a 24-20 victory. The win had head coach Sean McVay hyped on the sidelines.
