Kirk Cousins led the Las Vegas Raiders to a 38-33 road win over the New York Jets that came after a 23-14 halftime deficit that was sparked by a big day through the air from Brock Bowers. Coach Klint Kubiak commented on Ashton Jeanty's surprisingly low workload while Kirk Cousins was in a happy mood as he discussed his recently unveiled “wellness celly.”

The Cousins celebration was on display with the Raiders trailing 30-21. Cousins mimicked an elbow massage as the Raiders attempted to claw their way back into the game. He talked to Megan Olivi about the move as fans watched.

“We played through (adversity)…This league's gonna test ya…I call that my wellness celebration, I told (teammates) if I had a rushing touchdown I'd do it, and Brock Bowers as I was jogging off the field, I wouldn't have thought to do it, he goes, ‘Hit 'em with a wellness celly!' So I did it.”

Cousins had over 200 yards and three touchdown passes as he focused on throwing to Bowers, Jeanty and Michael Mayer, working the middle of the field in sublime fashion as he led the Raiders back with possible replacement and 2026 NFL Draft first round pick Fernando Mendoza looking on.

Jeanty took serious heat from Rex Ryan before the game about his comments on the Jets' tackling abilities. He gave way to Mike Washington Jr. in the run game and he responded with 25 carries for 83 yards.

Bowers had 92 yards and two touchdowns as the Raiders moved to 4-4. November 8 brings a home game against the San Francisco 49ers that will give Cousins a chance to take the starting QB job by the horns and restore confidence in fans moving forward.
