Leading up to the contest, it was said that true freshman cornerback Jay Timmons was going to be a game-time decision. His latest injury update reveals he is not expected to play, however, he isn't quite ruled out either.
Reports indicate that Timmons will still dress down for Saturday's matchup against Iowa, according to Pete Thamel of ESPN. The Pittsburgh native could still make an appearance in a limited role, but is seemingly unlikely.
