Missouri Tigers vs. Kansas Jayhawks: Full Highlights (2:00)

A rivalry-game victory is sweet. It can be even sweeter when you get to needle your opponent after the final whistle.

Such was the case for Missouri in the 2026 edition of the Border War rivalry against Kansas on Friday night. The Tigers rolled to a 38-21 win, including a late touchdown that Missouri coach Eli Drinkwitz said was inspired by an interest in "embarrass[ing]" the Jayhawks, citing a pregame hype video released by Kansas that leaned into the rivalry's historic roots.

The Tigers' social media team also got their licks in after the victory.

Missouri's X account made a couple of posts aimed at the Jayhawks, including one thanking Kansas for the memories, another captioned "Goodnight from Lawrence" showing wide receiver Donovan Olugbode blowing the crowd a kiss and a post with the caption "History lesson."

The Friday night jabs weren't the only ones in college football during Week 2. Here are the top trolls from the weekend.

Texas A&M 48, Arizona State 20

An onslaught of fourth-quarter points helped Texas A&M bury Arizona State. The visiting Sun Devils trailed by only four after three quarters, but 24 unanswered fourth-quarter points, including two pick-sixes, allowed the Aggies to pull away in a rout.

After the game, Texas A&M's social media account had some fun at the expense of Arizona State's "forks up" hand signal, captioning a post "Fork around and find out" with a graphic of an Aggie player snapping a plastic fork in two.

Oklahoma State 39, Oregon 31

Eric Morris' first win as Oklahoma State's head coach couldn't have been much bigger. Morris' Cowboys bounced back from a Week 1 loss to Tulsa by taking down No. 6 Oregon in Stillwater. Drew Mestemaker threw for 317 yards and rushed for another 109 in the win, accounting for three touchdowns.

Oklahoma State went into the photo archives for a postgame troll, posting a photo of Morris holding up several dead ducks while on a hunting trip.

App State 27, Eastern Carolina 24

Appalachian State came out on top in a battle of the North Carolina schools, as Jaquari Lewis, Treyaun Webb and Malachi Singleton each had a rushing touchdown for the Mountaineers.

After the win over its in-state foe, App State posted a simple but effective troll at ECU's Pirate mascot: a reference to buried treasure.

UAB 26, UL Monroe 20

Not all trolls need to be elaborate to be effective. UAB's offering after taking down UL Monroe in Week 2 is evidence of that. A simple graphic, featuring UL Monroe's warhawk mascot locked up in a birdcage, did the trick for the Blazers, who picked up their first win of the season.

Duke 31, Illinois 27

Picking up a nonconference win on the road is always a great feeling, and Duke is enjoying that after a solid result against Illinois. The Blue Devils were paced by star tailback Nate Sheppard, who had 188 total yards and three touchdowns.

Duke's postgame troll encapsulated several elements, taking aim at the Illini's home city, with a "Champaign problems" message on the graphic, as well as Illinois' new expanded videoboard and conference affiliation -- the videoboard in the Blue Devils' graphic reads "B1G loss."

Alabama 45, Kentucky 17

Earlier in the week, Kentucky coach Will Stein made a request of Wildcats fans before his squad's big game against Alabama.

"I want them in there 45 to 30 minutes before, in their seat, standing up, screaming obscenities at our opponent, making them feel very unwanted in Kroger Field and creating an environment of excellence for Kentucky football," Stein said.

Kentucky battled early, but the Crimson Tide pulled away, scoring 32 unanswered points in the second half. And once the final whistle blew, Stein's comments were not forgotten. Alabama's X account made a sly reference to the Wildcat coach's words with an "obscene scene" caption.
