The Baltimore Ravens did everything right during the first half in Week 4. Baltimore is dominating Tennessee during Derrick Henry's reunion game with his former team. But a pair of injury updates to start the second half will bring Ravens fans back down to earth.

Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is now questionable to return to the game because of an ankle injury. Jackson was sacked by Jermaine Johnson during the closing seconds of the first half. He appeared to tweak his ankle while attempting to free himself from Johnson's grasp.

Meanwhile, cornerback Marlon Humphrey has been ruled out due to a calf injury.
