The Dolphins worked out five kickers after cutting Riley Patterson, who missed an extra point in Week 5 after missing two field goals earlier in the season.
Among those trying out, though, was former Ravens kicker Justin Tucker, according to the NFL’s personnel notice.
Since serving a 10-game suspension for violating the league’s Personal Conduct Policy over sexual misconduct allegations, Tucker has tried out for the Saints, Colts, Jets, and now Dolphins over the past two seasons.
Multiple women accused Tucker of misconduct during massage-therapy sessions. He denied the allegations, and he was never charged criminally or sued civilly.
He has not signed anywhere since, last playing in the league in 2024.
He is a five-time first-team All-Pro, who has made 89.1 percent of his field-goal tries. Tucker, though, converted a career-low 73.3 percent of his field-goal attempts in his last season. He also missed two extra points.
Michael Badgley, Will Ferrin and Joshua Karty were the other kickers who tried out for the Dolphins on Tuesday.
