Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow's personal life has remained largely private, which is why he was initially upset when his relationship with social media influencer and model Olivia Ponton became public knowledge back in 2024. As Burrow is set to continue the Bengals’ strong start to the season, Ponton recently revealed details about how she no longer tolerates infidelity in relationships.
Speaking on her “Booked & Busy” podcast, Ponton revealed how she has been cheated on multiple times in the past when she was longer, per New York Post.
“I have been cheated on in all of my past relationships. Literally every single one of them. All of them,” she said.
However, while she used to beat herself up and let self-doubt creep in when she was younger, her mindset has significantly changed as of late.

If you feel the need to be in a happy, healthy relationship with somebody, and go to get outside validation that you are attractive, that is not a reflection of this perfectly great person that could be in your life,” she said. “That is a reflection on them. That’s my hot take.”
As she was talking about her past relationships, one can assume that Burrow has indeed remained faithful in their current relationship. Neither of the two has publicly confirmed a relationship, but the two have been spotted together publicly multiple times in the past.
Back in December 2024, Ponton was the person who contacted authorities following a burglary at Burrow's Ohio home while he was away playing against the Dallas Cowboys. Shortly afterward, People reported that the pair had reportedly been seeing each other since the fall of 2024 while keeping things casual.
This followed the apparent end of Burrow's long-term relationship with Olivia Holzmacher. Burrow and Holzmacher met at Ohio State and dated for more than six years, remaining together through his rise in college football to being an NFL superstar.
