When news broke that Cam Jurgens was being traded to the Baltimore Ravens one day after Lane Johnson announced his retirement from the NFL after 14 seasons, fans of the Philadelphia Eagles wanted to hear what Jalen Hurts thought of his new-look offensive line.

Fortunately, on Wednesday, the Eagles gave fans that opportunity, with Hurts taking questions from reporters after Nick Sirianni about all things Philadelphia.

Asked how it felt to see two of his longest-tenured offensive linemen leave in such rapid succession, Hurts wished the duo the best, as they made memories together that he will cherish forever.

“It can't replace what we've done and all the things that we've accomplished together, the memories,” Hurts explained. “Got a lot of love for Lane and Cam, and I have a lot of gratefulness and appreciation for the time that we spent together, the games we played together, the adversities we've overcome. And so I wish them nothing but the best with my sincerest heart.”
