One of the stories that NFL fans are actively monitoring this season is Tyreek Hill's return from injury. After suffering a serious knee injury in 2025, the former Miami Dolphins star is still without a team. With many teams suffering severe losses to their wide receiver room, the rumors are starting to circulate more and more.
The biggest question, though, is whether Hill is actually healthy enough to suit up for an NFL team at this point in his career. Hill's agent Drew Rosenhaus remained coy about his client's health status. In a recent appearance, Rosenhaus said that Hill is trending towards being 100%, though he's not quite there yet.
“[Tyreek Hill] can really come in and help a team the second half of the year,” Rosenhaus said. “He can help a team advance to the next level, and health-wise, he's 100% ready to go. I mean, I don't know that he's 100% today, but he's close. And he'll get there really soon. But I think that's probably something you have to wait until he gets out and practices and gets with the team before saying he's 100%. But he really is right there.”
After suffering a catastrophic knee injury in 2025, Hill is nearly ready to make his return to the field. The former NFL wide receiver suffered his devastating injury nearly a year ago now, and he's trending towards a full return. It remains to be seen whether Hill's play has taken a step back after a knee injury at his age.
Further complicating matters is Hill's current legal troubles. The NFL wide receiver has been found liable on two counts of battery filed against him by his ex-wife this past offseason. That, combined with whatever sanctions the NFL will impose on the wide receiver after its own investigation, will significantly impact the interest the star wide receiver will generate on the open market.

“When you sign with a team midseason, you'd like to go to a winner. Number two, as a wide receiver, you'd like to go to a team that needs a wide receiver. Number three, you'd like to go to a team that's got a pretty good quarterback. Number four, Tyreek's gonna bring a lot of impact. We got to get a fair contract,”
