The Washington Commanders will look to build on their morale-boosting win in Week 3 as they battle the Indianapolis Colts in London on Sunday.
The Commanders, in their first game without Jayden Daniels due to an elbow injury, upset the Seattle Seahawks, 33-31. Marcus Mariota filled in admirably for Daniels, throwing 19-of-31 for 183 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions to lead Washington to its first win.
While the 25-year-old Daniels has been ruled out against the Colts, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport gave an optimistic update about the talented quarterback.
“He's still working his way back from a dislocated left elbow. He's been limited at practice. That is a good sign that he will be back sooner rather than later,” said Rapoport.

The former Offensive Rookie of the Year returned to practice on Thursday, which was encouraging for the Commanders.
Mariota threw his support to Daniels, stating that he is willing to step aside once his teammate returns.
“At the end of the day, I think if he's healthy and he can play, he should play. This is his team, and the more that we can help support that and give him all the tools that he needs to be successful, that's what our roles are,” said the 32-year-old signal-caller.
It is deja vu for Daniels, who also missed their overseas affair against the Miami Dolphins in Spain last season due to an elbow injury. He missed 10 games in his sophomore year.
His next chance to suit up is in Week 5 against the New York Giants.
