With the Golden State Valkyries defeating the Atlanta Dream in Game 4 of the WNBA Finals to tie the series 2-2, there will be a Game 6. That means that the Dream and WNBA will have to figure out where the game will be played, as State Farm Arena will be occupied by the Atlanta Hawks and Cleveland Cavaliers on that same day.
As of now, it appears that Game 6 will be held at Gateway Center Arena, according to Colin Salao of Front Office Sports.
“A Dream spokesperson tells Front Office Sports that the team will host the game at the 3,500-seat Gateway Center instead of the 17,000–seat State Farm Arena if the league does not make any schedule changes to the WNBA Finals,” Salao wrote. “The team is awaiting the league’s decision.
“A source with knowledge of the situation told FOS that the league has yet to make a decision on its scheduling and venue for Game 6. Another source says Game 6 remains ‘status quo' in the meantime.”
The Dream were able to play Games 3 and 4 of the finals in State Farm Arena after some rescheduling and other event changes. For Game 4, the Dream played an early afternoon game, and the Hawks' home opener against the Houston Rockets was pushed back 30 minutes later to 8:30 pm.
Though the Dream would most likely be playing at Gateway Center Arena for Game 6, there are still some proposals being made for some rescheduling, according to ESPN's Alexa Philippou.

That would mean three days between each of Games 5/6 and 6/7. The WNBA would support that proposal, but only if both teams agree to it, sources said,” Philippou wrote on X.
It'll be interesting to see what decision is made before the game approaches.
