New York Giants quarterback Jameis Winston dedicated Sunday's 12-7 win over the Tennessee Titans to injured teammate Jaxson Dart.
Playing through cold and rain at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, Winston completed 14 of 22 passes for 118 yards. He threw no touchdown passes and took three sacks.
“Belief. Faith. There was no doubt on the sideline that it was going to happen,” Winston said when asked how the team was able to pull off the victory. “Obviously, we are our brother’s keeper. Winning this game for Jaxson. Twelve points. Six times two. It's for you. That's twelve.
“So, we found a way to will to get this. Then (Brian Burns) went down. So, we had to find a way to be our brother's keeper. But we never lost faith. We kept going. And our objective was to be 1-0. One play at a time.”

Kicker Dominic Zvada supplied all 12 points with four successful field goals. New York also needed its defense, with Jevon Holland's interception clinching the win.
The Giants entered the Week 3 matchup intent on bouncing back from a bruising loss to the Los Angeles Rams, in which Dart went down with a season-ending knee injury just seven snaps into the game.
Up next, New York will host the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, looking to secure a victory to improve to 3-1.
