The first Giants practice of the week was missing a key member of the offense.

Wide receiver Malik Nabers told reporters on Wednesday, via SNY, that he’s a “little sore” while declining to share what part of his body was affected by the soreness. He said he did “as much as I could” at practice, but the team’s injury report revealed that he did not participate. It also revealed that his knee was the reason why he was off the field.

Nabers didn’t seem overly concerned about how he was feeling, but others may feel differently if he remains out of practice heading into Sunday’s game against the Commanders.

Defensive lineman Chauncey Golson (neck), running back Najee Harris (personal), defensive back Jason Pinnock (concussion), and left tackle Andrew Thomas (groin) were also out of practice. Tight end Isaiah Likely (knee, groin), tight end Chris Manhertz (shoulder), and running back Cam Skattebo (shoulder) were listed as limited participants while cornerback Dontae Banks (calf) and offensive lineman Bryan Hudson (ankle) were full participants.
