The New York Giants have been led by Jameis Winston to start the season after Jaxson Dart went down for the year, and it's been a journey. In fact, some would say that it's been an experience, especially with how Winston carries himself before, during and after games.
It's called the “Jameis Winston Experience”, and the man himself was asked at practice what all of that entails.
“My take on the Jameis Winston experience is that I am called to be the light of the world and salt of Earth. Everytime I'm around someone, I'm driven to increase that man or woman with every action that I take. That is the Jameis Winston Experience I intend to give… My intention is to be a man of increase. Increase in every man and every woman that I come in contact with doing unto them as I would want them to do unto me,” Winston said.

There's no better answer that Winston probably could've given about the experience, and it makes sense when thinking about how he speaks. He always seems to be locked in, and it's evident that his teammates latch on to the energy that he brings. His leadership style may be different from others, but it gets the job done, and that's all that should matter.

The Giants have another chance to add to their win column this week as they face the New Orleans Saints, a team that is looking to bounce back as they're currently 1-4.
