Injuries ruined a lot of fantasy football matchups in Week 3, as De’Von Achane, Breece Hall, and Justin Jefferson were knocked out of their respective games early. Your Week 4 waiver wire pickups can help you overcome any depth issues you may have with these injuries.

The following list includes players who are rostered below or near 50 percent of all ESPN rosters, as this week’s list focuses on potential game winners and not depth pieces. Heading into Week 14, try your best to find that final missing piece your roster needs to win your Week 14 matchup.

Week 4 Waiver Wire Pickups

1. RB Braelon Allen, New York Jets
14.0% Rostered

Braelon Allen finds himself atop the Week 4 waiver wire pickups, as Hall is dealing with a quad injury that currently has him listed as ‘week-to-week.’ Stepping in for Hall is nothing new for Allen, as he has the two-way ability to play a role in both the passing and running games.

The Jets have the Bears and Browns up next, two enticing matchups for Allen, putting him firmly on the RB2 radar if Hall is ruled out.

2. RB Ollie Gordon II, Miami Dolphins
1.1% Rostered

With Achane now out for the rest of the 2026 NFL season due to a torn ACL, Ollie Gordon II and Jaylen Wright will be the next men up in the Miami backfield. The nod goes to Gordon right out of the gate, as Wright missed Week 3 with injuries, and Gordon pretty much took over the rest of the backfield after Achane departed.

Don’t be surprised that if Wright does return, he makes this more of a split, but Gordon has the inside track to the RB1 role in an offense that will be playing in negative game script for pretty much the rest of the season. Gordon can be penciled into the RB3 range moving forward if he earns the starter’s role.

3. TE Kenyon Sadiq, New York Jets
33.5% Rostered

Fighting through an offseason of an unsure target share, rookie tight end Kenyon Sadiq seems to have cemented himself as a trustworthy pass catcher in the Jets’ offense. Sadiq has now scored twice in three weeks, and his 105-yard performance in Week 3 against the Lions shows what he is capable of.

Outside of Garrett Wilson, Geno Smith will need to find another option that he can count on on a weekly basis, and Sadiq looks to be filling that role. If you need to find a new option at tight end, add Sadiq to the top of your Week 4 waiver wire pickups.

4. QB Sam Darnold, Seattle Seahawks
34.0% Rostered

Sam Darnold’s return to the lineup was better for fantasy football purposes than real life, as a strong showing (379 yards, 4 TDs) helped your lineups but still resulted in an upset loss to the Commanders. Darnold’s connection with Jaxon Smith-Njigba is on full display every week, and as long as that remains, Darnold is a top-15 QB on a weekly basis.

5. WR Chris Bell, Miami Dolphins
3.0% Rostered

Chris Bell stepped up for the injured Caleb Douglas, as the Louisville rookie set career marks in Miami’s Week 4 loss to the Chiefs. Bell earned seven targets, catching four passes for 67 yards and looking like a real piece of the Dolphins’ future.

Even if Douglas returns from his ankle injury and suits up for Week 4, Bell looks to have earned an expanded role for Miami, and should carry a role for your fantasy football roster looking ahead.

6. WR Keenan Allen, Indianapolis Colts
23.7% Rostered

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen (10) pulls in a pass Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2026, during practice at Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center.

Of the trio of pass catchers that the Colts are building their passing offense around, Keenan Allen’s role is probably the most surprising. With Alec Pierce on the shelf for the time being, it has been the Tyler Warren/Josh Downs/Allen show, and all three ate in Week 3.

Allen was the lone member of the group to find the end zone, and as long as he continues to earn five-plus targets on a weekly basis, you can do far worse for your WR3/flex spot.

7. WR Tre’ Harris, Los Angeles Chargers
3.4% Rostered

The third pass-catcher role in the LAC roster seems to be more defined after the first three weeks, as Tre’ Harris seems to be taking hold of that spot. Still sitting behind both Ladd McConkey and Quentin Johnston, Harris led all Chargers’ pass catchers in Week 3, earning seven targets, catching six passes for 76 yards.

Harris has earned six-plus targets in two of the first three games, and he has either seen six targets or recorded 50 receiving yards in each game this year, showing that he can have a bit of a safer floor as a bench piece for your fantasy football roster.

8. RB Alvin Kamara & Kendre Miller, New Orleans Saints
52.3% & 0.8% Rostered

Travis Etienne will miss some time with a hamstring injury, and that ominous timeline makes the New Orleans backfield a bit murky moving forward. With both Alvin Kamara and Kendre Miller earning valuable touches so far this year, it is tough to know which would take the lead role.

You can lean towards Kamara being the RB1 fill-in, just because of his track record, but don’t discount Miller’s ability to step into a bigger workload. After vulturing a touchdown from Etienne in the first game, Miller’s role has been up and down, but he should see plenty of touches to earn a spot in your Week 4 waiver wire pickups.

9. QB Geno Smith, New York Jets
7.1% Rostered

The final quarterback on the Week 4 waiver wire pickups is Smith, who has enjoyed a mini career renaissance so far in his second stint with the Jets. With no interceptions to his name across three games this year so far (insert announcer’s jinx here), Smith has been a fringe QB1 the past two weeks.

A 27-point showing from Smith in Week 3 against the Lions (321 yards, 3 TDs, 1 lost fumble) was the best of the season so far. While the Jets are still struggling to string wins together, Smith looks to be a top option for the QB group for your Week 4 waiver wire pickups.

10. TE Darren Waller, Carolina Panthers
10.4% Rostered

The final player on ClutchPoints’ Week 4 waiver wire pickups is tight end Darren Waller, who has filled the long-term vacated role of safety blanket for Bryce Young. Entering Monday Night Football, Waller was TE12 on the year, having caught three-plus passes in each of his past two games.

With a two-touchdown outlier game in Week 2 carrying his fantasy football case, Waller’s 5/51 line (on eight targets) is a healthy sign of how he is the third target in the Carolina offense. Plus, if Jalen Coker is forced to miss time due to his quad strain, Waller moves up the target chain even further, giving him value as a weekly streamer at tight end.
