Everton vs Ipswich prediction

Everton are unbeaten in the league still, they are with Brentford and Liverpool in the upper end of the middle of the table, with one win and as many as three draws already.

They will want more if they are to press on this season while also hoping to avoid finally losing their first game of the new campaign.

Ipswich have done well to win two so far, considering they are the new team on the block, having also been ruled out by many to not do well at all this season.

There's a long way to go but this does look wide open, only Everton's superior defence might be the deciding factor.

Everton vs Ipswich betting tips

Toffees difficult to unstick

It's been quite consistent for Everton in recent times to have a solid defence but the attack not quite matching up.

As such they've only scored five goals so far and conceded just three.

Ipswich on the other hand have scored seven but conceded as many as seven.

In the Premier League, Everton have drawn three on the bounce: 1-1 against Bournemouth, 2-2 vs Manchester United and 0-0 last weekend with Spurs.

Best player bets

Thierno Barry looked to be the solution to Everton's attacking issues, but he's remained goalless in the last three in the Premier League having also netted a hattrick in the EFL Cup second round against Preston - which at the time put him to four goals scored in just two appearances.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has been known to create and score a few himself from midfield.

Scoring eight last season while assisting four, becoming a vital part of the Toffees operation, with goal involvements across the team few and far between at times.

Brennan Johnson has committed four fouls in three appearances in the Premier League so far, as many as two in his latest outing - a significantly higher price for committing two again.

Harrison Armstrong should be starting again and is a great price for just 1+ foul, having committed six in his first three appearances for the Toffees.

So far the only players for Ipswich to be ultra consistent in 1+ fouls are Daizen Maeda, Issahaku Fatawu, and Sasa Lukic.

The latter of which, has committed five in three appearances for the Tractor Boys, including as many as three in one game.
