The Scottish champions are one of three former European Cup/Champions League winners in action on the continent this evening, with two-time European champions Juventus up against Dutch side NEC Nijmegen in Turin, the visitors having reached the league phase of the competition for the first time in 18 years.
1993 Champions League winners Marseille travel to Istanbul tonight to take on Besiktas.
Perhaps the story of the night sees Portuguese second division side Torreense head to Norway to become the first second tier team to reach the Europa League in four years, qualifying after winning the Portuguese Cup last season after beating Sporting Lisbon in extra time in the final.
