Suffice it to say, Philadelphia Eagles superfan Jalen Brunson knows ball, as he perfectly predicted Makai Lemon's first touchdown while on the ManningCast.

Every week, Peyton and Eli Manning give their celebrity guests on the ManningCast a chance to predict what's going to happen when a team reaches the red zone. Brunson predicted a crossing route for a touchdown.

Lemon did go across the field and caught a touchdown from Tanner McKee. While even Peyton Manning conceded that it was a “slant” route, not a “crossing” pattern, he was excited to give it to the New York Knicks' captain. He explained, “Anything across the middle is a crossing route.”

He made it to the “Perfect Prediction Panel” with NFL quarterbacks like Bryce Young and NFL fans like Brenda Song and Kate Hudson.

Brunson joined the ManningCast during the third quarter of the Eagles' Monday Night Football game against the Dallas Cowboys. This came during a day off before the Knicks' next game against the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday, Oct. 27. Sadly, this was the last highlight for the birds.

The Eagles ended up losing 38-21 to their division rivals. McKee, who is filling in after the discovery of blood clots in Jalen Hurts' lungs, tried his best to keep the game close. He completed 23 of 35 passes for 211 yards, one touchdown, and one interception.

Saquon Barkley returned to the lineup after missing the team's last couple of games. He rushed for 62 yards and his first touchdown of the year in his limited carries.

Lemon was the team's leading receiver. He caught seven passes for 67 yards and his first touchdown of the season. The Eagles picked him with the 20th selection in the 2026 NFL Draft out of USC.

It wasn't enough to overcome the Cowboys. Dak Prescott threw for 212 yards and three touchdowns (two of them went to CeeDee Lamb). Javonte Williams rushed for 155 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries.
