After leaving the latest phone-free Phoebe Bridgers concert in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a fan was shocked to see the Eagles get upset by the Chicago Bears.
An X, formerly Twitter, user took to the social media platform after leaving Bridgers' show, writing, “JUST GOT OUT OF THE NO PHONE PHOEBE BRIDGERS CONCERT AND I'M SORRY THE EAGLES SCORE IS WHATTTTTTTT.”
It appears they were completely blindsided by the score. The post was published at 10:56 pm EST, and the Bears were likely up by at least two possessions at that point. Given that the Bears were starting a third-string quarterback (Case Keenum), Eagles fans likely assumed their team would take care of business.
The sixth stop on Bridgers' ongoing Lost Tour was Philadelphia at Xfinity Mobile Arena. This came on the heels of a three-night stay at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. The North American leg of the tour will continue until Nov. 1.
Case Keenum led the Bears to an upset over the Eagles on Monday Night Football
Keenum and the Bears shocked the NFL world by blowing out the Eagles in primetime. He completed 24 of 34 passes for 247 yards and two touchdowns. He also rushed for a touchdown.
The story of the game was the defense, though. Jalen Hurts, who was temporarily knocked out of the game after a sideline hit, only threw for 153 yards and was intercepted by T.J. Edwards. This was the Eagles' second interception of the night after Andy Dalton previously threw one to Dillon Thieneman in the red zone.
Now, the Bears are 2-1 heading into a game against the New York Jets. Caleb Williams missed the game due to a hamstring injury suffered in Week 2 against the Minnesota Vikings. Luckily, Keenum appears ready to lead the team.
The Eagles have a tall task in Week 4, taking on the Los Angeles Rams. They will play another 2025 playoff team, the Jacksonville Jaguars, the following week in London, England.
