Tight end Zach Ertz is set to make his first appearance with the Eagles since Week 6 of the 2021 season.
Ertz signed to the practice squad in Philadelphia last week and the Eagles elevated Ertz for Monday night’s game against the Bears. They also elevated linebacker Chance Campbell.
The Eagles selected Ertz in the second round of the 2013 draft and he caught 579 passes for the team before being traded to Arizona. That leaves him second on the franchise’s all-time list and he can pass Harold Carmichael with 11 catches during his second tour of duty.
With Dallas Goedert out with a knee injury, Ertz should have chances to start making that push in Chicago on Monday night.
