Sunday night’s matchup between the Ravens and the Falcons will see two of the league’s best running backs on opposite sidelines.
But one of them is just fine with the “best” title going to the other.
Baltimore’s Derrick Henry was asked about Bijan Robinson on Thursday and cut off the reporter before he could even finish the question.
“He’s the best in the game right now — he’s doing it all,” Henry said, via Jamison Hensley of ESPN. “I ain’t gonna shy away from it. He’s doing a great job, hell of a back. He does a great job in their system. Then [he] does a great job when the play is not exactly how they want it — he knows how to make guys miss, and be able to get vertical, and get the most out of a play, for sure.”
Henry noted that while he doesn’t know Robinson well personally, the two have chatted a bit on social media.
“I’m sure I’ll talk to him after the game,” Henry said.
We’ll see which running back will come out on top Sunday night.
