Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels remained cryptic about his availability for Week 4 as the team prepares to face the Indianapolis Colts in London.
Daniels took another step toward a potential return Thursday, with The Athletic's Nicki Jhabvala sharing a video on X, formerly known as Twitter, of the quarterback getting throwing reps during practice.
Speaking to Pro Football Talk's Josh Alper, the 25-year-old offered a brief update on his recovery.
“I feel good, feel good to be back. Just taking it day by day,” Daniels said.
Daniels is wearing a brace on his left arm that prevents him from fully extending it. However, Alper reported that the brace has not affected the quarterback's ability to perform essential parts of his position.

Daniels returned to practice Wednesday in a limited capacity, marking his first participation since dislocating his left elbow during Washington's Week 2 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
His progress throughout the remainder of the week will be a major storyline for the Commanders as they determine whether their starting quarterback can return against Indianapolis.
Washington enters the international matchup with a 1-2 record after earning its first victory of the season in dramatic fashion. The Commanders upset the reigning Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks 33-31 in Week 3, providing some momentum after beginning the season with consecutive losses.
A potential return from Daniels would provide another boost as Washington attempts to get back to .500. His status will remain worth monitoring as the Commanders complete their final preparations overseas.
Washington and Indianapolis, also 1-2, will kick off Sunday at 9:30 a.m. ET in London, with NFL Network carrying the Week 4 matchup.
