Blake Snell endured a schizophrenic night in his Game 3 start for the Los Angeles Dodgers. The left hander surrendered the lead off home run before looking “possessed” afterward per manager Dave Roberts' words. But his hot redemption fizzled late against the Milwaukee Brewers in the NLCS.
Snell surrendered this Jake Bauers home run, lifting Milwaukee back in front 3-2 during the National League Championship Series.
But Milwaukee wasn't through pounding bombs over the Chavez Ravine wall. Garrett Mitchell pounded this pitch out of the field, elevating the lead to 4-2 in favor of Milwaukee during the seventh.

Snell, again, looked redeemed after Jackson Chourio smacked the leadoff home run. Chourio even punished a Snell fastball on the opening pitch, which is known as Snell's go-to throw on the hill.
The lefty and World Series winner flipped back to his MLB All-Star self after that homer, striking out Brice Turang and William Contreras to help close out the inning. Snell blended his fastball with curves and changeups to keep the Brewers on their toes for the next five innings. He also lumped in one slider that topped at a speed of 85 mph during the top of the third.
He ultimately found new success off his curve and sliders, including forcing ground outs with the latter pitch during the top of the sixth. But Bauers blasted Snell's 97 mph fastball over to right field. Mitchell pounded his home run following Snell's second throw, which ended in an 86 mph changeup.
Dodger fans fall back on pins and needles as their team is down 4-2 in the eighth inning, and now facing a 3-0 deficit in the MLB Playoffs.
