LeBron James found an unusual way to make his presence felt during the Philadelphia 76ers' win over the Chicago Bulls on Monday. After accidentally spilling a fan's red wine while chasing a loose ball, James decided to sample the drink before heading back onto the court.

The incident took place in the third quarter, with Philadelphia holding an 11-point lead. James ran into the stands while trying to slow himself down and collided with a fan carrying a glass of wine. Rather than simply moving on, the 24-year NBA veteran took a sip.

James explained the exchange after the game and gave a brief review of the drink.

“I spilled some of his wine. I crashed into him, spilled some of his wine. So I wanted to see if it was worth it on my arm and how good it was. It was all right,” James said with a smile.

The fan was identified as Troy Clemons, a longtime 76ers season-ticket holder. Clemons was not bothered by the unexpected interaction and said he was happy to have James in Philadelphia.

However, James' relationship with wine is well known, as the Lakers legend has previously spoken about drinking a glass daily. The four-time MVP also appeared to enjoy himself throughout the night. He danced after an and-one finish and shared another celebratory moment with Tyrese Maxey during the game.

Philadelphia eventually secured a 126-107 victory, improving to 7-1. James finished with 15 points, nine assists, and seven rebounds, while Maxey led the team with 26 points and 11 assists.

The 76ers will next face the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday. They will look to continue their strong start against the team responsible for their only loss this season.
