Stephen Curry might never share the actual field with MLB icon Shohei Ohtani. However, in Goldin’s latest Monthly Sports Elite Auction, the two superstars saw their collectible cards being sold as part of a single auction, with the Los Angeles Dodgers superstar’s 2026 Topps Chrome Gold MLB Logoman Autograph Relics card featuring his signed game-worn Logoman patch sold for $2,848,700, making it the marquee item of the event and one of the most valuable baseball collectibles sold this year.
Per a press release, Ohtani’s presence extended beyond the headline lot, as collectors also drove a one-of-one Topps Tribute Prime Patch Autograph card to $280,600, while a dual Ohtani-Aaron Judge Logoman relic card fetched $298,900. Meanwhile, Curry delivered one of the auction’s most notable basketball milestones.
His one-of-one 2025-26 Topps Chrome Update Alter Egos SuperFractor sold for $652,022, establishing the highest publicly recorded sale for any Alter Egos card. Among active NBA players, only a handful continue to command six-figure prices with such consistency.

A one-of-one quintuple-autograph card featuring Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart, OG Anunoby, Mikal Bridges, and Karl-Anthony Towns sold for $317,200, setting a new public record for any Knicks trading card.
