World number one and reigning world champion Luke Littler remains the odds on favourite to win the World Darts Championship once again for the second time running, following straight sets victories over Darius Labanauskas and David Davies.
The 18-year-old is priced at 4/6 to become the first player since Gary Anderson to win back to back world titles, having reached the top of the world rankings list in recent months and won six of the eight televised PDC events in 2025.
Littler takes on Mensur Suljovic on Saturday night in his third round clash.
2024 world champion and world number two Luke Humphries is priced as the second favourite 9/2 to win his second world title, and takes on Gabriel Clemens in his third round tie on Sunday night having already got the better of Ted Evetts and Paul Lim.

Current World Youth champion Gian van Veen has impressed in the opening rounds of this year’s senior competition and is currently priced as the third favourite for to lift what would be his first world title in his third attempt.
The 23-year-old Dutchman, who won the European Championships earlier in the year, impressed in his wins over Cristo Reyes and particularly against Alan Soutar, in which he averaged 108, the tournament’s highest average so far, to book his place in round three for the first time.
Three-time world champion and fellow Dutchman, Michael van Gerwen, is also among the favourites to go all the way at Alexandra Palace this year as he searches for his first world title crown since 2019.
The 36-year-old averaged over 100 in his second round win over William O’Connor to book his place in round three against the German qualifier Arno Merk, who knocked out two-time champion Peter Wright in straight sets in the last round.
They will play their third round clash on Sunday evening.
